What size firm do you typically work with?

Our clients range from 15-person RIAs to 250-person law firms to mid-market manufacturers. The common thread isn't headcount — it's a leadership team that treats technology as a first-class concern and wants a steward, not a vendor.

Do you replace our existing IT provider?

Often yes, but not always. Sometimes we come in alongside an internal IT lead as the strategic and compliance layer (vCIO / vCISO). The conversation decides which model fits — we don't force the structure.

What if we're not sure what we need yet?

Then a conversation is exactly the right first move. A lot of firms call us with a vague feeling that something isn't right, not a spec. We're comfortable starting there — that's how most engagements begin.

How are engagements priced?

Fixed monthly fee scaled to the complexity of your environment and the scope of leadership coverage. No hourly billing. No surprise charges. Pricing is discussed in the second conversation, after we've understood what you actually need.

Where are you located?

Headquarters is in Centerbrook, Connecticut. We serve clients across Connecticut, Rhode Island, Boston, New York metro, and increasingly nationwide — most engagements run primarily remote with on-site presence when the work calls for it.

Is this information kept confidential?

Yes. Everything you send is confidential and goes directly to Chris. We don't share contact details with third parties, we don't enroll you in drip sequences, and we don't add you to mailing lists.
